My daughter came in to have her nails removed the woman didn't even soak them in acetone, she simply just ripped them off my daughter's nail bed is damaged and bleeding

Trying to move fast and the place was empty, they materials was rusty , wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Only thing that was good was the pedicure but the lady that polished my toes did terrible my polish is peeling off

These are terrible. There are wholes in the polish. The nail is this at the bottom and thick at the top. Why is the clear part hanging. This is my second time and worst time.
So I had the receipt texted to me why did I not receive the text until 12:40 the next day?!

The shop is always empty because her service is terrible, she asked for payment before starting then she can't polish, she drills your skin then tries to rush you out of the shop after she has done a bad job, then told me she had a stomach ache and was going to the emergency room just so I would leave, me and a friend passed by the shop and hour later and she was still there with the open sign on the door and her SUV was still there in the same place. Then took extra money off of my card.

I wish I could give 1 star. She cut 2 of my husband's fingers and cut a nail to low. She wants her money up front before you get serviced .

Terrible nothing like they used to be. Nancy was rude, she can’t polish nails, she wants money before any services are done. My nail polish is chipping off after a day and this is supposed to be shellac! Save your money and time

The husband and wife no longer owns this place. The new lady there is not licensed and is running a scam. None of her tools are in cleaning solutions she will drill and cut your skin multiple time and waits until you pay just to find out she can't paint nails either. My acrylic peeled of the next day. Also I had to call the police because she locked me and my son inside because I refused to let her try again and she wouldn't give me my money back. She is just stealing money from this community. Shut her down. I don't think she is licensed either.

I didn’t like my nails at all, I told the lady that’s not what I wanted and she said ohhh it’s so pretty smh then I hit a wax and she left most of the hair still there, never will I go back there, back in the day they were good but now they just don’t care

I went to get my nails, feet and chin waxed before my trip and I didn't get good service. I didn't like my nails and they lady messed my face up with the wax, my nails have so much acrylic on them I can't even clip them to get them off smh. I've been going here for years and never received service like this and she attempted to fix it but I'm just unsatisfied with the whole service.
