Ms. Nikki and her team are great! When I first came to Mini Mall Storage back in September 2024, I was greeted and treated like I was the most important person in the world that day. Although the golf cart quit on us, Ms. Nikki still didn’t skip a beat convincing me to rent not one but two parking spaces. Now 5 months and 6 parking spaces later, I am still being treated like I am someone important. Thanks to whomever hired this young lady and her team, they are a breath of fresh air on a miserable day.

I am super excited for this location new leadership. They have come a long way and the new management is really getting things in order. I spoke with her and Ms. Nikki was so professional and know how to deal with the customers. Ms. Charity was also very helpful in helping me decide which unit to go with. Keep up the good work guys and the lot looks exceptional and clean.

My girlfriend and I went in here we never rented storage before, Nikki and Charity were so nice and made everything so much easier. Nice facility and nice people will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
