First, a shout out to Brian for his seamless, kind assistance, thank you for making it really easy on me.
Last week, I signed up and leased an indoor, climate controlled unit online via the website, easy and smooth. Paid for it online, and had instructions to go by the office to get my digital access activated, and my key. I did that a couple of hours later, and Brian helped me, making it very easy and quick. I also met Kelly while in the office and she was really nice too! Was in office for maybe 5 minutes and then went to check my unit, all good, nice and secure. Came back later after the office had closed and had no issues with using the app to get into the gate. There was a dolly in the hall for my use, if I needed it.
I’ll update this review later if I need to, but so far, I’m very pleased with my experience and how easy everything has been. Few people are getting a storage unit because everything has gone according to plan, so the ease of this experience was very appreciated during a stressful day and week! Thanks guys!
