I rented a storage unit on union extended but evaded up having to change locations due to needing a larger climate control unit and it being closer to me.i was not sure how to go scout doing it so I called and Matt was very professional helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.avd friendly. On one of my stops to clean out my unit he was making the rounds checking on things and saw me and made it a point to come over and introduce himself and ask if everything was ok and if I needed anything to let him know. I appreciated that. I will definitely rent from this location again if I need a unit, or recommend it. The location I'm at too is great too. Extra space goes the extra mile

I had an incredible move in experience today at Extra Space Storage at 395 Union Avenue in Memphis, Tn. Upon arrival, I realized the space that I booked would not be suitable for my belongings. I asked Mrs. Allison if she could upgrade or find me a larger unit where my friend and I could simply pull up to the space and unload. She was extremely friendly and offered us bottled waters because the Memphis heat was near 100. She was able to quickly transfer me to a new unit and charge me the difference on my stored call on file. She was Amazing! Thank you so much Allison for your professionalism and hospitality.
