My experience was good here. I had to move my things out due to the price increase which is way higher than many storage units in the area but the process was very simple and easy. I just wanted to take a moment and thank Ms. Wkisha for all her help and great customer service and patience with me. In times when people are usually in a rush and rude, I’d like to thank her for showing kindness and always keeping a smile on her face.

As a professional mover who’s in and out of storage facilities all the time, I can honestly say Extra Space Storage stands out. Their locations are always clean and well-kept, and I really appreciate how accessible the bathrooms are — especially on those long, hot moving days. That might seem like a small thing, but when you’re on the road working, it makes a big difference.
What really sets them apart, though, is the staff.Ykisha is who I dealt with and she was wonderful.Every time I’ve needed help — whether it’s finding a unit, getting access after hours, or just asking a quick question — she has been polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about the people coming through their doors.
If you’re storing your stuff or just passing through as part of the job, Extra Space Storage makes the whole experience smoother. Highly recommend.

Ykisha is the bomb.com!! While being there unloading she went above and beyond making sure we stayed hydrated with waters to drink and helping us locate the units and the fastest route to them as well!!
I’m in storage facilities all of the time moving customers in and out.. and hands down Ykisha is the best I’ve ever dealt with at storage facilities!!!! 💪💯

Ykisha was an excellent host! She took the time to tour me through different space sizes to confirm what size I actually needed. AND called a different location to ensure I got the unit I wanted. Would highly recommend this location and Extra Space in general.
