The manager is nice and I’ve always had good results talking to her. Unfortunately our unit doubled in price so we moved to a different company. We have had issues with rodents and we did not have food or anything exposed they could use as nest bedding. We had an indoor unit and it stunk two years in a row and last year had a ton of flies. I feel like they could do better with the upkeep.

Heather and Jason were great. Professional and kind. However I am very disappointed with Extra Space Storage. I started as a new customer with a 10x10 unit years ago and the monthly fee went from 77 to 179. Being the busy person I am, I didn’t notice the autopay increase. When I called about the increase, I was told it could be reduced to 155. Your competitor down the street, Public Storage gave me a 10x20 for 108. I really detest how long term loyal customers are treated. I have been selling real estate for 26 years. I always give my loyal long term clients the best commission as a thank you for their business. Maybe Heather and Jason should consider a move to the competition. They understand the real assets to the storage industry are good customer service and competitive pricing for loyal customers.
