My experience was quick and pleasant. Aaron did everything over the phone and set my storage up. Therefore, I didn’t have to be physically present until the day I needed it. This was very convenient. The only part I didn’t like was I had to purchase a lock when I already had a storage lock from my previous extra space storage. It was just money spent twice. I saw others on the property with the same exact lock that I have. That’s the only complaint that I had. Otherwise, I was satisfied. Thanks Aaron

Service here is superior. Caroline was amazing, I was welcome in with a smile. She even assisted with putting my boxes in the car! 10/10 recommend this storage place! Also since doing everything online, it was quick easy process.

Ms.Kim is an absolute Rockstar at the Houston Levee location! My unit was clean with a fresh smell. The lot is secure and they can accept business packages. Way to go with the great customer service.
