Most of the emplyees are nice all but this one middle aged lady i asked if she could double my bags because i was walking and she took a hard deep breathe like i made her mad or i was getting on her nerves!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I try to go this location they are close a hour ahead of time this is sad. I say that because one lady walked to this location and again it was closed I felt bad for her and everyone like her that just might be experiencing the same thing walking to a store telling from where and how far and they are closed a hour ahead of time then ask like they don't see you. Please do better.

Lots of family dollars within the city to choose from, very inexpensive and extremely easy to locate any products you can think of. Nice big parking lots, always available parking, with large and small food carts makes your shopping convienent. The customer service is for the most part hospitable, I have never ran into anyone with a bad attitude. I've shopped at many family dollars around memphis tn and I will always shop at a location for as long as they are here.

Listen, if I could give this place no stars, I would. The young workers are unprofessional, especially the bright skin young lady. If the store gets robbed, instead of opening the door and telling everyone that walks up it’s robbed, y’all need to have a sign up saying temporarily closed. And one of the young lady talking about fighting. It would be self defense if I bumped her with my car. You get out of character over a job that’ll replace you in a heartbeat? This store should’ve stayed closed and never reopened. I rather burn my gas going to another family dollar then this slow as molasses one. I’m highly disgusted!

I initially asked the cashier before i started shopping if she knew how to scan the coupons on the app. Her response was "I'm not sure because i have an iphone and you don't." I didn't respond but started shopping. The cashier that checked me out says to put my phone number in so my coupons will come off. I had at least 5 coupons and it only took off for 2. I then say its a barcode for each coupon you can just scan the other coupons. Once scanned it didn't take off for that item but VOIDED the 2 coupons that was already taken off!! The first cashier is called to the front, which she takes a 2 min personal phone call while me and a line of people are waiting for her help, to tell me that she doesn't know what to do it she's sorry and left the conversation at that. How do you have coupons that you don't know how to use? Why wasn't management called? Why no effort? I started using the app because a friend recommended it but obviously they need to educate their workers on customer service and overall knowledge of how to do their job properly. Also i had exactly the items on the coupons?.
