They lost another package and I still have to pay duty fees. FedEx is the worst company. Customer service may as well be non existent for all the help they give. Speaking good english would help

Their virtual assistant can’t even connect you to a real customer service agent,
Their phone calls drop most of the time and hard to get anyone in customer service and the virtual assistant is terrible.
My package somehow made it to the distribution center then out for delivery, but then got lost and somehow it’s barely making into the distribution center.
I can’t even schedule the package to be left at a FedEx location , since they never seem to be able to deliver a package.
FedEx has been the slowest delivery system , I trust usps more than I do FedEx

My package was supposed to be delivered at 8pm but for some reason the delivery driver came at 1:30pm. I needed to sign off to receive the package to receive it and wasn’t there to do so since I wasn’t planning on it arriving at 1:30pm. Now they’re supposed to deliver it tomorrow but who knows when. The cycle will likely repeat since they have an unreliable delivery system. Not to mention their website won’t let me manage my package to be held at an office location nearby for me to pick up. I can’t even file a complaint without calling customer service and waiting for hours. Horrible services all around.

Horrible experience. They lost my passports and visa package in Memphis TN even though I paid for overnight shipping. Customer service is horrible and just give updates of tracking. They are not able to locate package lost in their hub. Claim process is horrible and maximum amount is up to $100.
Please find my passport and visa. I dont have time and energy to reissue all. Overall cost of reissues are more than $3000. Your apologizes dont matter in this case. Find the tracking details

I can’t believe a multi billion dollar company can have such poor logistical management and customer experience. It must be a conspiracy.
How is it that when Amazon delivers, I get the package on time, or early, but fedex consistently delivers a day late?
How is it that when a package is held at a fedex location, they’ll ship it back to the sender WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME.
How do your chief executive operating and customer experience directors live with themselves.
Consider hiring Amazon Chief operating officers.

I hate this company. I can’t remember a single time when my package was delivered on time. The FedEx truck always stops by my house without delivering the package, for several days in a row. This has been happening for decades, and I’ve lived at several addresses all over the country. Worst delivery company ever.

Compared to Amazon, Fedex tracking is horrible outdated. Two days late and estimates that doesn’t hold. Worst of all, no message when package has been delivered, in the open on a bench. This despite there was a note for Fedex to deliver on the doorstep. No real time tracking is terrible customer service in 2023. Get a grip Fedex.

Awful company. They say to contact 800-GO-FEDEX to speak to customer service but the automated system refuses to put me through no matter how I attempt. I never thought it could be this bad. You're better off strapping your package to a donkey and smacking its butt.

Worst delivery service provider out of all of them. Always losing and delaying packages. It's hard to believe anyone still uses FedEx.

I wish I could leave a "0". I ordered a gift for my son--in-law through Amazon from a 3rd party vendor to be delivered directly to my son-in-law. It arrived in Michigan and was placed on the FedEx truck to deliver it in plenty of time for Christmas. For whatever reason, the delivery driver said that they could not deliver the package because the recipient had moved. This is a lie and packages get delivered to him frequently. So FedEx took it upon themselves to return the package to the vendor. When I called FedEx they basically said there was nothing they could and I should call Amazon. Now I have no present to give my son-in-law for Christmas. Will never use FedEx again if I can help it.

Tried to file a complaint. Wanted all my information but here’s what you need to know. A driver daily blocks our turning lane. A lane created specifically to prevent this temporarily because the next door parcel has been granted a lane closure during construction. Please if you must use tax payer infrastructure do so with decency. The driver said “I don’t even care” when I asked if he knew people could not use the lane.
