Folks were really nice, came in close to closing but no for a moment did I feel like I was being rushed out, love how helpful and friendly the staff were.

I am appalled at the unethical work behavior of Fedex's delivery drivers and the managers. I had an order scheduled to be delivered for Saturday, April 18th and for some reason after hours of waiting for the delivery a little after 8pm the status updates that there was a delay and it would be delivered the next day. So Sunday, I had two packages scheduled to be delivered. I called to inquire about my order and was told that they would be delivered on that day and to not worry. At around 8 pm no one arrived but this morning there was an update stating I wasn't available but that was a lie, no one ever came out. I have cameras around my home and if they had arrived they would be on the camera but a Fedex truck never drove pass my home. I called and I was told that they had to find my package because it was not on the truck. I believe they are not providing truthful information or they are just that incompetent to let the drivers make a mistake two days in a row and on the third day they lost my package.
