How sad that they tell me that they lost my passport. I don't want to close the case, I don't want the money to pay for shipping. I want it to appear, I don't know who or where else to ask for help ??? Guide number 399031418451 I will have to sue ?? I trusted their good services and they come out with this I do not recommend them to anyone.

Tried to drop off prelabeled package at 5pm on Wednesday. Door was locked and lady behind the counter made a motion at me that they were closed. Posted operating hours say open until 7.

I scheduled a shipment, paid $78 for it, no one ever picked it up, my tracking number doesn’t work, and I can’t get past the robot on the phone to get help.

The worst customer service I’ve had from any other fedex.Foreign woman behind the desk has an attitude problem and horrible customer service.I would start making an extra drive to other union location with better fedex employees.

They've held my package for 5 days after I paid extra for 3 day shipping. DO NOT USE FEDEX USE USPS there way more reliable WAY BETTER

We come to The Peabody once in a while for Autozone meetings.Today I had to print a big presentation in color on very short notice.Jolee was extremely helpful (she always is) and managed to get it done faster than I thought possible. She always offers to bind the presentations for me and her kindness is appreciated.Thank you Jolee and team. You guys are really great and make all the difference.

Fedex misloaded my package twice, even thought there was a case manager. I have called 9 times and spent 6 hours of my day on this. I am so livid i can barely speak. Find my frigging package you incompetent, unprofessionals

ncompetent employees will lose your itemsI shipped almost 15 000usd worth of equipment, the employee who filled out the paperwork didn’t attach a commercial invoice. Box is lost, helpline says it’s not getting found. They will maybe provide 500$, which barely even costs the amount paid for shipping in the first place.

I was there trying to find out the cost of a shipment. Two employees were there, and there were no customers. They were talking to each other and made us wait to serve us. After several minutes of waiting, one of her asked us what we needed and when we told her that we wanted to know the estimated price for a shipment, the other employee named Jolee said that they don't do that; they give an estimate. I insisted, but she was treating me with bad manners all the time.

I paid $600 for my package to be delivered 3 -day express delivery from Austin, TX to New Hampshire. They attempted to deliver around noon to my mother's home on CHRISTMAS EVE. There was a door tag left that there would be a second attempt later that same day. My mom stayed at home and waited for 8 hours on Christmas Eve for the second attempt. When she finally realized the package wouldn't be delivered the second attempt, she called the FedEx store. The employee she spoke to there said the delivery driver went home EARLY and the second attempt wouldn't be made. At that time, she didn't have enough time before the store closed to go pick the package up since the store would be closing soon. The package wasn't delivered until after Christmas. So because of FedEx's negligence, her Christmas Eve was completely ruined from waiting around all day and our long distance Christmas was also ruined because the presents that I spent hundreds of dollars on wouldn't arrive until days after Christmas. I've filed a refund request and was denied right away. I have made numerous phone calls and was told I can't even file a complaint either. I need to be pointed in the direction of a formal complaint about that specific FedEx office and for the denial of this refund request. I paid ALOT of money for that package to arrive on Christmas Eve and it was not delivered then. You all need to stop taking advantage of people by jacking up your prices for the holidays and not being able to deliver on your promises. How CONVENIENT that they suspended the money back guarantee until mid January so they don't even have to see or hear our complaints and pay for their utter negligence. Then the lack of professionalism of that FedEx office was so rude and disrespectful. I demand a refund.
