I had, and always do have an incredible experience at FedEx Kinko's, and it's all thanks to Kevin's outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, Kevin always greets me with a warm smile and an eagerness to help. He goes above and beyond to ensure that my printing project is handled with care, precision, and efficiency.
Kevin is not only highly knowledgeable about the services and options available but also exceptionally patient. He takes the time to listen to my needs, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything is exactly the way I wanted. His attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch service truly stood out.
It's extremely rare to encounter someone who is so genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend visiting FedEx Kinko's and working with Kevin if you're looking for professionalism, expertise, and kindness all wrapped into one! This guy is truly a professional.

I received the best customer service at this location. I got files printed and passport photos taken. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

I couldn't print my photos on self service, so I ask tony for help. Quickly he brought me over to the counter..printed my photos and ask if I needed to ship anything. I did. So he took my info and did my whole shipping/printing experience smooth, fast and with a GREAT ATTITUDE! Thank you Tony!!!!(I Visited 6/21/23)
