Shipped from Czechia on 7/11, scheduled for delivery 7/14. As of 7/15, it is stuck in the Memphis hub with absolutely no information whatsoever as to the whereabouts of the package. I cannot reach anyone to speak to. I pay extra for expedited delivery, and this is not the service I expect. It has been frustrating, to say the least, to try to get information about my package. I started a case several days ago, and there is no update with respect to that, either. I have far better luck with UPS and DHL.
UPDATE: FedEx finally notified me that box is lost and sender needs to file a claim for recovery of money lost. How do you lose a 20kg box, with all the tracking that goes into it?

My package was melted or something the items was stuck, burnt and molded to the original packaging and this hub repackaged it like it was nothing. Then when you try to file a claim you can’t because the sender has to and they will receive the compensation. The sender is in China and it’s a hassle to resolve this. They should have returned it to sender since they are the ONLY ones who can file a claim and the ones who receives the payment. Now I’m stuck with $1000 worth of damages goods

FedEx is terrible. Nine times out of ten, they miss shipping windows in my experience. Meanwhile, the competition all meet or beat their delivery deadlines. And it's not that others are padding their delivery timelines – they're just outperforming FedEx by a wide margin. I'm going to start preferring stores that use other shippers – they are that bad.

My star is-100 I was reading through reviews it’s crazy how fedex in Memphis is having all these issues with our stuff we paid for etc..and expecting smh I called customer service the person didn’t understand anything kept saying sorry putting me on hold every time I had questions to ask another person seems sitting next to them I guess then got a email next day that didn’t help at all made things worse mentally but this was an important package I’m trying not to get mad because that want do any good I hope they resolve this issue at this Memphis location I wish everyone the best who lost packages

Would have given a ZERO, but can't if you want to leave a review.... LITERALLY the worst experience I’ve had with a shipping hub or customer service team IN OVER 20 YEARS of using them. I had over 19 packages that had been stuck in Memphis for more than two weeks with zero movement. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and it’s been beyond frustrating—disconnected reps, constant transfers, and a clear lack of urgency or accountability. It took me an hour and a half on the phone and becoming extremely assertive with each person just to finally get someone to take action. This level of service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

PACKAGE LOST!!! - BE CAREFUL SHIPPING VALUABLE ITEMS!
I am having such an issue with FedEx. Our students' International Baccalaureate exams from our high school got lost in the Memphis, Tennessee hub. We are a school that does so much business with FedEx.
This has affected conditional acceptances to universities for our students, and it is completely unacceptable for it to have been lost. How are we to ensure a proper search is being conducted? I received an email saying sorry it cannot be found, and I hope this doesn't impact our working relationship. OF COURSE IT DOES! All I have been offered is apologies and a refund for the shipment. Is Fed Ex not understanding that a refund does not fix the error that is a student studying for two years for it to not count over a lost package!?
On social media, they say DM them and when I do, I am back to call customer service. It is actually quite insulting considering they've been getting calls since May 29th! The number of calls, chats, and e-mails since May 29th is overwhelming.

Absolute incompetence from the top down. Fedex replaced a good driver (employee)with a string of contractors that are unable to read and understand numbers. The local delivery center manager lies because the main office encourages it. My packages rarely arrive at my house. I am often left driving up and down the street to figure out where my packages are. Fedex does not care and will do less than zero to fix the problems. The next step for Fedex is to just ride down the street and throw packages out as they drive by. I have had 2 of my last 8 packages come to my house. Never the same driver twice or delivered to the same house. Fedex does not even know where they left my package is the best part. Fedex does NOTHING to recover a package and get it to the correct address. I am willing to pay extra for UPS thanks to Fedex and have already done so on multiple deliveries. My house is brick the last package I had delivered was delivered to a trailer. Incompetence is what Fedex stands for.
