FedEx absolutely needs to shut down cuz when you call I did an overnight and it was $62 overnight they try to tell me that there was storms in Memphis and you can clearly look that type of thing up on the weather maps the last time it had rained it was any significance was March the 7th it ain't supposed to rain tomorrow there right where the Hub is it was clear weather these people three of them strategically made up a lie to try to cover their self to not have to give a refund now it was supposed to be overnight from Thursday to Friday now they tell me it's going to be Monday they could have drove that package here by the time I called in three times from Memphis to my house baby doing everybody a favor to shut down they suck

This hub is a joke they claim my Michael Jordan rookie card was lost but I don't believe that someone there stole it.You can Google stolen sports cards from FedEx and the Memphis Tennessee FedEx pops up with hundreds of people complaining their cards were stolen and FedEx does nothing about it

If you don't need a job bad and have an education don't work here. I came back with a good work record and ended with a file full of defaming jargon and non fault incidents. I called the 1800 3rd party line alot to keep my job. U end up having to act like your own defense attorney I was rehired in 2016 and unloaded trucks and noncon. My ex a male team leader helped me keep my job. I stayed in relationship till job ended FedEx.However,If I had an injury, my manager stated it was my fault. When I tried move up was returned to hub SJU and YMX. I was let go by my manager white man named Alonzo.,who was not at work, the day something bad happened to me. I've had live off my pension and 401k. I'm about file bankruptcy a second time. The most ridiculous part of this story is FedEx paid for 2021 degree from University Of Memphis. I wanted to be a manager through their AIM program. My family members have worked here in past or currently work for hub.

International priority, package made it to Memphis on Sunday, now they cannot find my package. I am getting the run around that it is either in Memphis or shipped to New Jersey then back to Memphis. Delivery was supposed to be before 5pm Monday, still waiting on status 25 hours later. This is their International Express Priority Service I paid for, wow.

Horrible company to work for I quit in 2 weeks horrible working conditions standing on steel stairs all night with no support all of my checks where wrong and had to be corrected on top of waiting until the next pay day as well my last check is unaccounted for I have been trying to contact supervisors and HR NO ANSWER VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Delayed priority overnight shipment. Critical package arrive 24+ hours late and FEDEX refused any refund citing weather delays which is bogus. In addition, their on-line systems are terrible. Use another more reliable and ethical carrier!

This place is a complete joke. I have a live animal shipment that has been stuck there for 2 days the lady who answered the phone claims she can’t provide me information regarding my shipment even though the plane is located at her FedEx hub. I’m trying to take measures into my hands to save the animal from dying of extreme weather and they don’t care. The animal has 1 day left of heat in its box if it lasts longer than 1 day the animal will die. This place is a complete joke these employees need to be retrained or fired!!!

UPDATE: a friend who is a FEDEX driver says boxes are constantly being stolen out of FEDEX trucks in Memphis right now which would explain why my package location was listed as the FEDEX delivery truck “out for delivery” . Why lie FEDEX and not just say it was stolen?? FedEx obviously does not have good security for their trucks.FedEx shipping is unreliable and the customer service reps are worthless. My package was lost after being received at Memphis hub supposedly on a delivery truck for 2 weeks!! Most likely stolen or trashed. Go work at FedEx and get free Christmas! No purchase required ! From what I’ve experienced over this issue and home deliveries this company has absolutely reduced its quality .. just terrible. FedEx lost this package and provided little and useless assistance by employees that were obviously foreign overseas customer service and cared nothing about the customer or content. The box they lost had my deceased mother's Christmas item she made years ago and can't be replaced among other items. They stated they cannot locate my package that was reported being on a delivery truck for 2 weeks. The customer service rep stated on 2 different calls that someone would be calling me back and no one called. The latest customer service rep stated I should have contacted them within a week and when I pointed out that I immediately called he admitted not looking at the history. I’ve called so many times and tried to get action. This company is terrible and if an issue arises you will be given the run around and just sent to claims. On top of the lost package that they care nothing about packages shipped via FedEx to my house which are being dropped off at the stairs by the street. FedEx is just a worthless shipper and tons of stress and trouble. I'll tell anyone I know not to use them. The post office is more reliable and obviously a better process and organization. FedEx employees in Memphis just do not care about what they are shipping or the job in general. Cost is high and service is terrible.
