I have the best experience every time I visit this store. Today I had Teresa helping me out with a printing job. She was so kind and helpful, even when it was 15 minutes til closing. I can’t reccomend this location enough due to the friendly staff and excellent service!

I recently had an exceptional experience at the FedEx Print and Ship location in Memphis, thanks to Assistant Manager Teresa. As someone who frequents various FedEx locations, I've often encountered a lack of enthusiasm in customer service, especially when arriving with multiple packages. Typically, the staff seems to prefer directing customers to self-service options instead of providing direct assistance.
However, my latest visit was a refreshing change. Upon scanning my boxes, I struggled with a particularly large package. Without hesitation, Teresa noticed my difficulty and stepped in to help. Her prompt offer of assistance made a significant difference in my experience, demonstrating genuine care and attention to customer needs.
Teresa's proactive approach, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It's not every day that you encounter such dedicated service, especially in a busy environment. Thank you and kudos to Teresa for a job well done! Her efforts have certainly earned my loyalty to this location, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I had previously left a poor review of FedEx in general for they the lack of service on a prior experience. However, Benjamin made today’s visit great! His service, professionalism and over all interaction with me made this great! Ben, thank you.

I had an over sided shipment to drop off, employee came over and helped me with the drop off. You don’t see that much anymore. Thank you excellent service

This location service was excellent. Teresa customer service skills exceeded my expectations. The store was organized and all the employees there were busy helping out customers. It showed that this location handle business and not just standing around. I use fedex on average twice a week all over the US and this location ranks top 5 for service and quality. The only thing about the location is getting on. I will definitely use this location on my next visit to Memphis. Thanks Teresa for a job well done.

Paid $80 for a shipment that I never received and now I can’t speak to a human about it because the tracking number THEY GAVE ME, ON THEIR SHIPPING LABEL shows as invalid. It’s been a month. What happened to FedEx? They used to be the trusted name. Now they’re just trash. I hope they get purchased by Amazon.

I showed up at 9am needing a sign made that same morning because a local “fast sign” company could not accommodate my need. Kalyn, the manager, took my order, created the sign and printed it out while I waited. She far exceeded my expectations. She was responsive, accommodating and focused while juggling the other customers as they entered the store. FedEx is fortunate to have such a manager in their ranks.

I call myself trying to be productive by emailing my print request the night before,I get off work 9hrs later and I still had to wait a hour for 2 prints to be laminated this is ridiculous and someone needs to know not to mention the person that was helping me was very insensitive and didn't seem to think it was a problem!!!! Unacceptable FedEx very disappointed!!!.

First time at this location and I will be back if it I have to. Demetri was kind and patient with me as I changed a million things and also made a point to sell me the most economical options for shipping. Thankful for the experience!
