The young lady at the desk was exceptionally helpful putting my wedding invitations together. It was so frustrating to think how much work it would have been, but Asia was able to collect my mess of a brain and get me settled. Our soon to be family thanks you!

Do not use FedEx. They lie about attempted deliveries and delays and falsify scans so that they don't have to pay claims. FedEx isn't a trustworthy company.

The general manager of Charles and his assistant Jeff are great they give great customer service and they care about their customers and they smile every time you walk through the door. I had the expedited package too China and they help me with customs and making sure that my package went out today. Appreciate that kind of customer service.
