If you have to send something stay away from Fedex at all costs. The iphone of my friend was lost or better stolen and FedEx will need to be taken to court. An attorney friend of mine reported that the papers were dirty and wet in the package .
This is nor the Fedex of the 80s. Go to other sites and you will only read negative reviews.

The Memphis Distribution Center has had my package of medicine for my wife since 6/25/25. When I called the 800 number a recording says to call back later because the lines are busy.
There is some real urgency in my request to talk to somebody about this prescription that my wife needs, and there is no one to pick up the phone. I will never use Fed Ex again as long as I live.

Fed Ex a once great company and now reduced to a Chitshow.
I bought 4 tires on the internet with free shipping on Fed Ex. Oh Boy. The Company shipped them right away and I got notice that they were delivered. Impressed at first til I saw a picture of “proof of delivery.” It was not my Garage door, house or driveway. Oh oh, so I Email Fed Ex and file a claim. Describe that my Electronic Gate was locked at top of Driveway meaning they couldn’t get down to the Garage door which was wood brown vs the White door they sent in their picture. I call several times to clear this up and get bounced to every Country in the UN (India, Korea, Singapore Etc…) to explain that my tires were delivered to a Wong House. Then when I’m exhausted from explaining and learning to speak new languages I get an Email from Fed Ex. Excited that they may have found my tires I read that they have researched every department thoroughly and came to the conclusion that my tire’s were delivered correctly! UFB. Here’s the Email

“I guess facts don’t mattter” to an Incompetent Chitshow Fed ex has become. It’s worth noting that I had a similar situation with UPS years ago but when I called they patched through to the Driver and he fixed it within an hour.

After being specifically directed to this Distriplex Cove location in order to ship perfume, I was told that it could not be shipped because they don't have the hazard sticker and was directed to call an 800 number in order to obtain the stickers needed to ship the package. After about eight minutes of waiting for someone to pick up the call, the individual informed me that I was not given correct information. I had the call on speaker and my reply was I am not surprised. A heavyset, dark skinned woman with glasses (not the same person that was helping me originally) piped in 'you can take your package someplace else'. I did just that and took it to USPS where I had absolutely no problem shipping my perfume. FedEx Memphis Tennessee on District. Plex sucks and will never see me again to do any business for the record this transpired on Thursday, May 29 at about 4 PM. I hope FedEx corporate and or management for Memphis sees this and looks into the conduct of the woman (described above) who answered the way she did. She was rude and unprofessional and should be reprimanded.

On March 21, 2024, a package was sent to me from Poland to Charlotte, North Carolina. On March 30, it was registered in Memphis, TN, and everything seemed to be going as planned. However, the next day, when it was supposed to be handed off to a courier, the package mysteriously disappeared.
Over the following days, we made multiple calls to FedEx trying to understand what happened. We sent numerous photos, documents, and proof of the shipment. This was a large package — 27 kilograms — not something that could be easily missed. All the shipping labels and barcodes were properly attached, and the package was scanned. It was supposed to be out for delivery — but never was.
Now we are told the package is lost. Let’s be honest — it was stolen. Someone within the system took it, and no one is taking responsibility. This is complete incompetence and negligence.
I will never use FedEx again, and I strongly urge others not to either. Neither I, nor my family, nor my friends will ever trust this company again. If I could give 0 or even -1 stars, I absolutely would. That’s exactly what your service deserves.
