Was charged for installation of rear shocks and tire sensors. They did not install any rear shocks, and my tire senor light keeps jumping off and on. I asked the manager for a refund, and he says, " Oh, no. We dont do that." I'm still waiting to hear from the area manager. Fair warning to all. People, please make sure your parts are replaced for your safety.

If I could give zero I would. They’ve had my car since 11 am yesterday and still haven’t fixed my tire. I was originally told that it would be 3-4 hours before it would be finished and that I could stay with it or drop it off. I chose to drop it off. No follow up with me at all and they closed for business 7pm that night. I started getting calls this morning stating the tire would need to be replaced, then another call saying they quoted me for the wrong price and that it would be a little more, and a final call saying they can’t find the wheel lock, but for an extra fee they can break it off. I’ve had this car 5 years and the wheel lock has been in my glove box every time I get service done on my vehicle/tires. I then asked to speak with the manager who had a snide, dismissive, and unconcerned attitude telling me that some people have been waiting 3 days. If that’s the case I shouldn’t have been told it was a 3-4 hour wait if you know there was a possibility of a 3 day turnaround. I’ll never return and will push my car to the dealership before I even let them look at my car. Customer service is poor, communication is trash, professionalism nonexistent, and the overall experience has become a complete nightmare because my tire is still not fixed. They were pumping me for money and probably discarded my wheel lock in an attempt to justify even more fees. Just pathetic. Wolfchase Honda would never.

Never there again! I went for an oil change and they charged me 180 $ for that. Knowing that it’s just a normal engine oil.Their prices are really very expensive but for not even a good service

This store is a refreshing difference from the rest of Memphis. Great service, work was done properly and was completed at the exact time they initially said it would be. In addition to the maintenance requested, the complementary courtesy check was thorough and the technicians appeared to actually be doing it - many Firestone locations just check all the boxes and call it good. I have no complaints and would gladly bring them more business should the need arise.

The worst experience ever! 1st of all I came into get a tire patched. I found out I needled more tires. I purchased these 4 from here in 2021. I told them I needed to be out by noon. I should have told them I plenty of time. Customer Service sucks! Especially the old man just sitting at the window

Great place but call and make an appointment because your wait could be several hours longer. Seriously, they're always busy and even with an appointment, your wait time is often very long. I've waited from morning to afternoon once. They have a waiting area and a bathroom. No vending. Polite and professional. One star deduction for the long wait time.

Went to Firestone last minute because my radiator was having problems. Not only did they fix it at a moments notice but they did it quickly. Andrew was the one that helped me at the desk, he was professional, friendly, and smiling the entire time which helped relieve the stress of the situation. Huge thank you to you guys.

Mario was very professional, and patient assisted me with the repairs of my car. my appointment was last minute, but I was able to get out before close of business. The facility was nice and clean. I was also provided a recommendation list with the parts and prices listed that my vehicle needed.

These guys did something tremendous for me. I went to Costco that morning and tried to remove a bolt out of my front tire. The Costco workers explained to me that the bolt was to close to the side wall so they could not fix it. So I decided to go to practice after that and my tire popped. Not knowing where to go since it was 6 o clock and most tire stores were already closed/closing soon, I saw that I was next to this place. When I got there my donut was flat in which they filled up my tire for free. The guy at the front desk said he may not be able to fix it tonight but they decided to right before they closed.
