The service was fast. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I expected to be waiting a while but to my surprise, they got me in and out with one technician on duty. I will be returning and will recommend to others.

Customer service at front desk led me to believe that all I needed was freon recharging in my Acura MDX 2009 at $206 total cost. An hour later he came back after work was done and charged me $260 and the car was functioning the same with no air. He then said it would cost approximately $2400 which I cannot afford. The $260 that I paid should be refunded since no improvement was done to my AC or a partial refund at least. I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER***COME BACK TO FIRESTONE FOR ANYTHING. I FEEL I WAS RIPPED OFF!

Went in for any oil change and tire rotation they checked my car and found other things I needed done that I weren't aware of that's what I call good service Thanks To the technician for excellent service

Went to get a nail removed from my tire to have it plugged. They had me buy a new tire with labor costing me over $160.00. When I asked why I had to buy a tire - I was told that they would not plug the tire because the threads were too low. I had recently bought the used tire, and it still had thread on it. So, I don't feel that I got the service I deserved. I waited over an hour before they told me this and I felt that I was forced to purchase something that I did not have the funds at that time to buy. But in order to get to work, I had to over change my credit card. I arrived at Firestone at 7 am, they didn't tell me that they would not plug the tire until 8:30 am and when they put the new tire on- I did not leave there until 9:30 am. 2 hrs and 30 minutes for a tire to be plugged - this is ridiculous! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
