So I decided to give Firestone a second chance and went to another Firestone that changed my oil cut my dustpan off of my car. Never told me that they done it and when I found out I called them and they said that they would replace it and still three and a half months later have not replaced it. An oil pan is going to cost me probably three or four hundred dollars to replace. I have called customer service two or three times they've called. I've talked to the manager with customer service, and still nothing. Don't trust Firestone to even work on a toy car they are a rip-off, especially at this location on Winchester. I had to give it one star, but I actually wanted to give it a -10 stars.

I went into Firestone to get some new tires put on my suv, the staff greeted me with smiles and were very friendly. Clean atmosphere and the information and tires they provided was exceptional, I was questioning the price but after hearing about the 4Year warranty, that trumped it all. They Answered all my questions and got my tires right so… quality, quality service and 4year warranty over quantity any day. Thanks Firestone crew ?

Antwon and CJ treat every customer with top priority. They make you feel welcomed like family the moment you walk through the door. Customer service is great! I would give 20 stars if I can! The whole team is awesome. Winchester location is my go to shop everytime.

The gentleman on Winchester who served me was very helpful , honest, informative and kind i.He enabled me to get a tire from the warehouse based on my warranty...Unfortunately, my experience with customer service on Poplar/Highland told me that I could only get another type of tire because they were out of stock....Kudos to the gentleman at customer service on Winchester near Kirby Parkway.

I Was here for a simple balance and alignment, they told me the process was 45 mins long however it took 3 hours to get done, also they tried to upsell me on a Firestone credit card.Service: Tires

Last Friday, I was leaving work to pickup my child from school had a complete tire blow out!! I was completely shaking up by my tires and the blow out, I recently just got my tires with Firestone and was completely out of the area, so I called the Nearest Firestone in the Area and spoke to this Amazing Person named Antonie Stone. He assured everything will be ok and just in Firestone Safely. I did make my way, Mr. Antoine is a complete blessing, and I wanted to leave a review for him, Thank You So Much!!!!

My rental car tire was busted after hitting a pot hole. I searched the nearest Firestone and it was this location. Staff squeezed me in and took care of the issue.
