I was talked to so badly about how to spend my own money trying to put a tire on my son’s car. I was informed that if I didn’t purchase 4 new tires, he would take the keys and lock the car on the parking lot.
I have done business with them with my last 3 cars and never again and he screwed my son out of the one tire I was prepared to help him with.
Total disrespect in front of a line of customers.

Paid to have daughters battery cleaned a few weeks back when she went to mechanic for another issue a few days ago he stated there was no way battery was cleaned. Also had an oil change in my SUV only for there to not be any oil in it two weeks later with no sign of a leak or any mention of leak on paperwork so I’m not sure this was actually done

Best auto service for all vehicles. They do everything like sell tires, line tires, repair front ends, repair air conditions. They are a total car care center. So, if you need something on your car, you don't have to run all over town for maintenance for your car. You can do everything in one setting and be at ease. And this also includes oil changes.

First time having work done by any shop on my 25 year old Grand Marquis.
Upper and Lower Ball Joints, Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, Sway Bar End Links and an alignment. I got 3 different estimates at local shops. They were right in line on the cost using quality parts. Gary the manager was awesome to work with and Dustin made sure that the alignment was perfect after the parts were installed. Thank you

I arrived at my 1pm appointment and was told that the only technician that worked today had to leave due to an emergency, so no work can be done for the rest of the day. No phone call or proper communication was made.
I read some recent reviews where people had a similar situation happen to them. There seems to be a trend where technicians have to leave due to emergency, resulting in no way of fulfilling their promised appointments.

Tuesday morning I told someone I was coming there at 11:00 am I get here at 10:55 no one is there. And the phone ring several times this is bad business don’t go here .

I've been coming to this location for years and have built a relationship with the staff there. That being said i have watched the service quality decline over the past few years. This last time the customer service was atrocious, one of the front desk attendants was very rude. We were told two techs went home with an emergency but I wouldn't be surprised if the they quit that day. The communication on the status of my vehicle was broken at best. I had to hit the road the next day on business only to get to Nashville and discover the housing on top of my battery had not been reinstalled fully and had been flapping around sending codes to my dash and had it lit up like a casino. It's hard to trust mechanics to begin with and I'm pretty loyal when I find a trustworthy/dependable one. That being said, whoever did that to my vehicle put my life and others in jeopardy so I doubt I'll be back.

I scheduled an appointment for 10am this morning and arrived 15 minutes early. When I arrived I was told it maybe a minute before we get to you but I had no way to leave so I was stuck there to wait. Four hours pass and my vehicle still was sitting in the parking lot. Another hour passed and asked one the service guys what was delay and he informed me that they only had one heating and cooling tech and he was working on 3 vehicle at the same time. This is very frustrating because there were several open bays and techs not working on anything. Needless to say when he finally pulls my truck in and the service guy comes to tell me what I already knew. He said my truck was overheating but he wasn't going to be able to look at it until it cool down. Also the tech didn't know my truck was waiting to be serviced. My truck was sitting in the parking lot for almost 7 hours before it was looked seen, it was already cold. I took them to give me my vehicle and I would take it elsewhere. I understand that automotive repairs take time but I also understand the need to communicate information to people because their time is valuable too.

Had oil leaks addressed here for over $750, i am sitting in another mechanic shop for oil leaks one month later. If you enjoy flushing money down the toilet, look no further!
