Ratchet with unorganized clutter falling off the shelves.The woman at the check out stepped in and answered the experience survey question for me instead of allowing me to put a 0 for very poor. She put a 9 then lied and said that was her job to answer for my experience while looking dumb as hell.

I witnessed the lady up front yell and snatch a receipt out of a customers hand for using self checkout. The lady wasn't there to do her job and was extremely rude

If you have anxiety or trying to enjoy you shopping experience be aware .....Was enjoying shopping found one item got in line what's the point of self check out if the lady's gonna yell at you and your sister rip the recept from your hands throw it , was very hateful and unprofessional said your trying to do my job , open the regular register then don't be rude , I have anxiety and now probably won't go back , other locations don't do this and are more friendly

Creepy requirement for the employees to scan your items/hold your bag at the self scan station. Have never run into this before at any other location. As someone who constantly prefers self-scan and will choose it if available, this left an otherwise fine experience negative in my mind.

Uncomfortable. I was spoken to once when I entered and no one spoke to me again until it was time to “SELF CHECK” apparently with assistance. I do not like that. The store is hella dirty. The isles are not clear. It’s clear the main focus in this store is to assist with “self checkout”

Google says the store opens at 10a but when I arrived the employees said it opens at 11 so they should update so this won’t confuse future visits
