We found the greatest designer and helper. His name is London and he works at the Memphis store. I was staring at tile feeling overwhelmed and started talking to him. He gave me amazing suggestions for two bathrooms and I am buying everything! Had to give him a huge shout out for helping me have two new beautiful bathrooms.

My finance and I spend hours in this store choosing supplies for a remodeling project. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would like to give a huge shout out to Brandon. He came right over to us and assisted us with items, kept a running total, answered questions, and was knowledgeable and friendly. We had an awesome experience and would highly recommend!

Floor and Decor Memphis provided me with great customer service. D. White helped me find exactly what I needed and even helped me order what wasn’t in stock. She was a tremendous help and I’d suggest to anyone to goto her for help finding their products!

Nice store with Tons of inventory. However, customer service is nonexistent. The employees are more interested standing around in groups personal chit-chatting.I won't go back.

This is my 3rd trip to this store, because I was so indecisive! I ran into D.White, and she was a big help! She guided me the entire time and made my experience easy and painless! She was the best!

I just had the best experience today. Eric and Jesse are top notch and helped me sign up as a pro quickly and get 6 free samples for my design projects. I will recommend them to anyone, and everyone I speak to. For your next home renovation check them out. Every staff member was so friendly. Maybe it was donut day, I don’t know, but they were sure happy to be at work.

I visited the store this morning because I am completing a kitchen Reno and the moment I asked for assistance Jaksy was there to take care of me. I left my rap measure and she was very knowledgeable and assisted me through the entire process. She was accurate, fast, and friendly. I appreciated her willingness to help and she made my shopping experience great!

Buyer beware. If you are ordering online and are choosing home delivery, be sure that your address is able to accept a semi. Customer service is doing nothing to try and rectify the situation. We can pay extra to have the order delivered to the local store or pay a restocking fee if we decide to not proceed with the order.

Yes I recently had to come to the store and look at some backsplash for my kitchen and I was Help by Susan who was extremely knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is needing help. I will definitely return and you Susan again.
