I don’t mean to be a miserable person at Xmas leaving negative reviews of stores at the mall but I had to make some emergency calls during my shopping here today, my moms bank account was compromised and I needed to drop everything in the store to help her figure it out. An employee whom i believe to be the manager began to rudely and blatantly stare, I should say glare at me as I spoke on the phone, as though I were loitering and unwelcome, just hanging around and causing problems as opposed to buying maybe. I get that this is wolfchase galleria but I have spent about 400$ in F21 this week and it was a little annoying

5:54pm yesterday, ironically for me, when I came back, the store would close on Sunday in 6 minutes, but I begged the staff. I only asked for 5 minutes to buy a few items in here, but the young lady working at That won't let me in. work hours or for myself? I drove a long way here and received a refusal to accept admission to the shop just because the store will close in 6 MINUTES?

Some of the rudest workers in this store. The one young lady who was at the register forgot to hand me my bag because she was texting on her phone. I get that retail is hard but I don't deserve that energy when I'm not giving that energy to them.

NO plus size section! Super small store. Staff were very unfriendly and seemed to not get along with each other. Some of them were clueless when we asked if they had a plus section!

Would've gave them more stars if the fitting room was open. This store is so unorganized and the managers. They told me 2 weeks ago that the fitting room was going to be opened...just keep blaming everything on "covid" smh. I don't really spend to much money here anymore because I don't feel like trying to return anything and plus some of the stuff you can't return due to it being clearance items. It'll be awhile before I shop back in here.
