I want to love the games. I have some. The overly limited releases and what seems like refusing to restock so that scalpers can rob fans is garbage. Overpriced and the model of fomo is costing fans. Over it and trashing hundreds of $ worth of mini's because they don't want players they just wan cash.

YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE INFORMED TO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS OR CALLS. THE ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR THE REPS RICKY SAYS THIS IS A GOOD IDEA WHILE HE TALKED OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME. TELLING ME THAT WE DECIDED WHEN WE TALK TO CAN CALL STORES AND IF YOU DONT LIKE OUR PRECEDURE THEN CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH I DID! 40K A YEAR IN GW SALES GONE BECAUSE YOU WOULDNT ANSWER AN EMAIL FOR 10TH EDITION.AWFUL UNLOYAL COMPANY TO A STORE WHOS SPENT THOUSANDS PER YEAR FOR YEARS!

I’ve placed three preorders with this company. Every time those preorders were sent out at least a week after the product was supposed to be available. When going to the local store they had the items in stock but not my specific preorder! How can a company offer you a preorder so you have it on release date, not ship it, yet send out copies for sale to those who didn’t preorder.Business practices like this are what drive customers away. I won’t be spending my hard earned money with a company who has policies like this again.
