Placed an order online. I arrived an hour after placing the order at the store because I was in the area. There were two young workers in there. When I walked in one went to the back. I walked up to the counter and the other young man asked “can I help you?” Told him I placed an online order and was checking the status, asked was it ready and gave my name.He glanced at the monitor and said no. He said he had order stuff to do and it would be ready when he got to it and gave a bunch of excuses. I was one of 3 customers in there. I stood there a min like it will take you 3 minutes to pull the games and get my order off your checklist right? So I asked was there an ETA. Again, no because he had so much to do. I called the customer service line and was told it was too late to cancel. However my order was cancelled later that evening when the employees “got” to it. I understand that this store has its challenges but turning away a customer who has paid is crazy. I understand that my order may have not loaded in the system but I doubt that. Needless to say, I won’t come back to this location but maybe better train your staff on basic customer service like don’t tell the customer you got so much to do and then cancel my order at your convenience because I tried to cancel online and I called to cancel and was told the store had to do it.

I went in to buy a PS5. The lady at the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Very professional and didn’t try to sell me a bigger system or another system. Location is in a ok’ish area however do mind your surroundings. Store was clean and they had a decent amount of inventory for many different gaming platforms. If you are looking for a specific gaming platform, call ahead to see what’s available. Other than that I had a good experience.

Everybodys busy so no idea who to thank. Thank you dude with playstation button tattoos on his right arm and thank you cyberpunk jacket wearing lady. I been looking for my own games all week lost my 3ds, 3ds games, and all my switch games. Thank you for your kindness and care putting my order together of 6 switch games within just a few hours of order placement on black friday. I am so very happy. ?

I’m so tired of this company…like how tf are they still in business?!!!! So I went to this gamestop (after buying a controller from 2 other gamestops that DIDNT WORK!) He assured me that they test them when they come in and it works….well I get home and the control wouldn’t come on….start looking around the controller and its 2 screws missing. The top is barely closed…like who took this in????????? WHY IS GAMESTOP SO TRASH?! Why are they still OPEN?!!!!

Well this isn’t good business. Pull up to store at 6:20 to find a hand written note saying on break until 6:45. Employee is in the store and won’t acknowledge us. You have a disappointed 12 year old and lost business. Get your act together Game Stop.

This is the worst GameStop location that I have ever shopped with in Memphis. The worker Meghan racially profiled me as soon as I walked in the door. She looked me up and down and said” you’re doing a trade in right?” I replied yes. She said I’m unable to help you. The person gave no explanation period. They just said they could not help me. I called the store to speak to the manager and the person that refused to help me. (Meghan) stated that they were the manager. I asked to speak to someone over them and they said no one was available to speak to me. I am a long time customer of GameStop and I will say this, they have lost a customer. Shop here at your own risk. I thought we were living in the 21st century where color does not matter. I see that I was wrong.

Don't preorder and expect to get anything extra that is supposed to come with your game. They gave my item to people that didn't preorder. They said people showed up for a midnight release and got all the items. I ordered a month in advance and was told I'd get something extra with my game. This was a birthday present for my girlfriend. This is not ok.

Store has 20 minutes left open called to ask to exchange a headset I have a warranty on cause it's not wanting to stay connected and was told no we can't do that but I bet if I called asking if I had time to come buy a new system they would have stayed open later
