This review is for Latonya in your on-line help department. I just placed an order for a dishwasher for my daughter and inadvertently clicked on the wrong delivery date. When I attemmpted to change it on line, it would not let me. I called the help desk and I want to let you know I have never received such great service. She handled my request immediately, was friendly and I could hear the smile in her voice which one NEVER hears these days. Please give her kudos from Memphis TN. had an order. said that they tried to deliver it. we were home all day with ring cameras all over the house. no one ever showed. we tried to call the store and we're on hold for 2 hours on two different lines/ phones. bunch of idiots. I will not go back.

Every bundle they send us is mostly broken and busted. The entire bundle on this order was severe. Not one picket was good and now we have to take them back, even though we paid for delivery. Several of the pickets still had nail holes and nails sticking in them. Not including we are a small business and this costs us money every time we have to deal with this, but they don’t care and have showed they don’t care. Horrible and a nightmare to deal with. No home owner wants this on their fence. Wood is expensive enough and shouldn’t be like this. One of the worst Home Depot’s to deal with!

Bought a generator here during the winter storm. Turns out it was broken and leaking fuel. Called and they said to just bring it in. We were worried with the no refund policy. Allie was sooooo helpful and completely understanding about the whole situation. Gave us a new generator (different brand) and its been working like a charm! Make a bad situation so much better with friendly staff.

Great initial service, but they lost my large order and could not find it in their warehouse. I definitely would not recommend getting a delivery from this location. It is a 50/50 if you will receive it intact. Made a remodel even more stressful than it had to be.

Worst delivery service ever! Very inconsistent emails, no one to tell us where our appliance is or when we will REALLY get it. we have sat here for 3 days since they told us it was coming and still nothing. Absolutely horrible. 2nd and last time we will buy an appliance from them.

No delivery, no service. Purchased washer and dryer. Waited for delivery on date they chose. Tried to call manager, told her our problem, said she would call back. 4 hours later, NO call!! Seems they don’t mind taking your money, but no service, no care. Not even trying to help!!!!

Update: My appliances came the very next day on a Sunday at 10:30 am after I canceled them on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm!!! Even Home Depot stated that the delivery services did not work on a Sunday. The delivery service was fast, efficient and very pleasant. Bottom line, I got my appliances, finally!!!

I just wanted to give a shout out during this past year and half where everything is on back order, hard to find and everyone is short staffed we picked up several items yesterday and everyone was working hard, helpful and so friendly!

I love all the beautiful flowers! Seeing all different arrangements just puts a smile on my face. Home Depot is my go to place for lawn/garden essentials. Staff is wearing face masks and hand sanitizer is provided for all nearby the front entrance On this visit- my hubby is looking for a specific brand lawnmower that is battery operated 60 volts.

I paid to have my floors measured by their flooring specialist in anticipation of getting new floors installed. The specialist came out and measured the floors. Before she left my home I asked her for a copy of the measurements. She refused to provide it. She said that all I needed to do was call in and have them emailed. I called in to recieve my measurements. I am on a budget and wanted to decide on carpet or vinyl plank flooring and understanding the measurements were critical to making sure I remained within budget. Home Depot flooring agents I spoke to over the phone refused to provide the measurements. They told me the measurements were the 'property' of home depot and the only way to find out what they were was to place an order. I paid for them. So how can they be the 'property' of home depot? The flooring agents were also pretty rough. I was yelled at repeatedly and hung up on. I ended up asking to speak with a supervisor. Tje first supervisor told me she couldnt see the measurements (it turned out to be a lie) and said I needed to call the store. I called the store and spoke with Alice who said the store could not see the measurements and had nothing to do with measurements. So I ended up calling the online people back. I spoke to another supervisor, a male this time, who said he could see the measurements but home depot would not allow them to tell what they were and it was at the 'discretion of the store' if I were to have my own measurements. I called back to the store and this time spoke with a different manager, whose name was Gwen, or something similar. She said that they could not give the homeowners the measurements without an order. When I asked her if she would escalate my concerns and have someone call she pretty much said she couldnt guarantee if anyone would call. Really? After the call with her I tried to reach out to Home Depot through Facebook messenger and they have finagled the messenger app to only allow certain people to contact them. All others are blocked. Home Depot really thinks very slowly of its customers. I'm now in talks with Lowes to install my floors. And Lowes charges nothing for the measurements whereas Home Depot charges.

The Manager, Lisa, started screaming at me in public (in front of my 3 small children) when I was trying to get help telling me I was wrong and that it didn’t matter what happened as long as I got what I needed... Then she walked away without letting me say anything. I will NEVER go back.

Home Depot does not handle they're own disputes. I tried to return some purchases that are still in their original unopened package and was denied. I called the number they provided for resolution and it isn't even Home Depot. It's The Retail Equation which provided no information on why the return was denied. Then there is a drawn out process for disputing the denial requiring this random outside organization to send you and email so that you can send another organization a letter and then get something back in about 6 weeks! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm using Lowe's from now on.

I visited this location yesterday. After waiting in line (key section) for several moments. A young man by the name of Tim offered to help. He first helped an elderly vet and then me. He was great!
