I wanted to share my gratitude for the outstanding customer service from Daryl and Terrence today. I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced after bad grinding the past week. But it was a much better experience at Covington Pike compared to being at the Kirby Whitten location. You can feel the tremendous pride and work ethic amongst the staff & mechanics there. I spoke with other people who have been loyal customers for many years. I can attest to their sentiment. Keep up the good job everyone at Gateway Tire on Covington Pike! 🤗👍
