From start to finish, this has been one of the best storage rental experiences I’ve ever had. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with climate-controlled options that gave me peace of mind for my more sensitive items. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly go above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. The front office is managed by the most professional and phenomenal woman I have met in a while! She aided through an incredibly difficult situation that occurred and did it with the most polite demeanour and kindness that I’ve seen in customer service in a while! I thank you for that!
