Prices are ridiculously high...several things you can buy brand new for half the price they list. Store is messy nothing is organized by size...the only good thing about that store is the sweet lady at the register...all I hear inside is how high everything is....#notwalmart

The employees were all SO nice. My daughter and I encountered an employee before we even went inside. She was leaving for the day and greeted us as we walked in and her out. She was so friendly.
My daughter wanted some "vintage" t-shirts and has been asking to go.
The lady at the register was super nice and told me next time to double check what color tag it was for the week because none of the things I got were that color (it is my fault. I didn't know or read the sign st the entrance, haven't been to a Goodwill in years).
The prices were a little steep for some items. The color tag for the week makes them 50% off, but most of the shirts didn't have that color tag anyway.
We ended up getting like 7 shirts, 1 pair of jeans, 2 sweatpants, a Christmas decoration countdown sign, a cute little room plaque, and a roll around metal cart for our hair stuff and spent $60 bucks. Not bad, but most shirts were $6-$7. A few were $2.
Some of the housewares and miscellaneous stuff were a little pricey.
We didn't get a chance to check out the bins.
But we will definitely try and make this a monthly trip, especially with how nice the ladies were - that makes all the difference in where we like to go. I work in a dental office, and people HATE the dentist. I try to make it a fun experience, so at least coming isn't all bad! I really appreciate good vibes in places!

visited 5 days before Christmas. Witnessed a customer(?) come in and deliver a tray of Christmas cookies to the staff behind the counter. Not one employee thanked the woman, she left, and after she was gone, the staff went on to laugh and comment on “how weird” she was. It made me want to cry. This behavior is the exact opposite of what the company stands for. I would hate to hear other things this staff might say about their customers, especially considering this one woman was being so neighborly and nice.

Prices are ok, but having 17 people in line to check out on a Sun. afternoon isn't cool:( There was a pink haired lady who was capable of helping, but when I asked her if their was another cashier available, she said no. .. Fast forward, and lo and behold, she got on the register..... Goodwill, please train/retrain your capable staff to jump in and help when the checkout line hits that magic # but please make it 5 or 6 but not 17!

The bargain barn bins are a mess. Every time I go they have different prices. No accountability. Racial profiling. They exert no control over the scavengers shopping. Running, kicking and elbowing are a regular occurrence. People have walked out with sterling flatware for a quarter and they want fifty cents or a dollar for reusable grocery bags? It was simpler when they just weighed items like that. Now the guards can look at you and think, "this person can afford to pay more than that person".

This location is running scams!!! Never buy online from them. They're advertising and selling items like "Gold plated/filled/rolled jewelry" and that each item is tested with Thermo- X-Ray Tester. No photos of such test results. Just words. When I purchase such item from them and quickly realized that it is a scam I requested the proof from them (send me any photo with the item and result rom X-ray), nothing, just words. They are complete liars!!! In the reality they sent a full bag of cheap gold tone jewelry. Complete scam, since people trying to get those items through online auctions with them paying hundreds or even thousands for this junk thinking it is a gold filled or gold plated jewelry. Please avoid this location and save your $$$.

Keemi was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with whatever I needed. She had such an amazing attitude and truly is an asset to this company. Highly recommend going to this store. All the staff there is extremely exceptional and have amazing attitude towards all the customers ?
