I came in and Frank and Kenya welcomed me. They were so friendly and inviting. Frank gave me an awesome hair cut and we had a good conversation. Kenya has a very warm and welcoming smile. I will definitely be coming back here for my future cuts!

This was my first time ever visiting this location. And I must say that I really enjoyed my visit.
Kenya took care of me. I love her personality and charisma. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

The lady who took care of me is inexperienced. Feels like she didn’t know what to do. She was losing her scissors so often and always beating my face with cutting machine.
I didn’t tell her anything because anyway the haircut was spoilt but thankfully it’s just a hair and in the month I will be looking for better place.
I left $2 tip though I don’t know why

I recently visited the Great Clips salon and had a very disappointing experience. The manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I politely asked for a minor adjustment, she rolled her eyes and talked rude and acted as if I was being a huge inconvenience. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. The haircut itself was not up to standard, but the worst part was the overall experience. I left the salon feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope Great Clips addresses this issue and ensures that their staff, especially managers, are trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I will not be returning to this location and i will make sure my friends also not come here for a haircut.

I received text for my online check in that I am 2nd and may be 15 min I reached there at 1.52pm on 4/21/24 I was wait there till 2.37pm they took 3 other people for hair cut was still waiting for my 2nd number I don’t know whats the problem but will never go back to great clips and also will not let go my whole family members there

GREAT CLIPS is the only mens barber/salon that ive used which kept notes on how i like my cut so i dont have to repeat myself. very convenient location and i never really wait more than 10-15 min any time of day

And they get angry on us if we try to say you are not doing what i want they say you need to pay double.

Gives out lots of coupons. So you can get a haircut at a cheap. The staff is attentive and treat you very well. The hair service is also good. Definite recommend.
