“I had an issue on the correspondence of my order and the owner Chase called out of the blue and explained they were swamped and apologized for the delay. I have been in sales for many years and can count on one hand the times an owner called me on a weekend to make it right. But this is the solid character of Ax Arms ownership. When I am in the market for B&T firearms and accessories, they will be my only stop. They are a Class act!!”

“It's really only a store and yet so much fun! We found older candies that I don't see anymore, lots of little alligators, tons of things to see inside the store. The ONE THING I was disappointed with was the lack of pyramid themed souvenirs. We were guided to the bass pro t-shirt section and did not find any with a pyramid on it, what??? When I said I'm looking for this specific souvenir the employee helping us got a little rude saying that's all they have and walked away! It's fine, she wasn't helpful anyway. We didn't get to go up to the walkway only because we decided not to wait in line although it did look like it was moving fairly quickly.”

“My wife and I had an amazing experience at Top Gun Memphis! Our instructor, Ray, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with while still making the entire experience fun and enjoyable. He made us feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and ensured we had a great time from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would absolutely recommend Top Gun Memphis to any beginners looking for a fantastic experience!”

“Nice facility to meet needs. Despite minimal staff, Tina was very helpful and professional. Calls & customers seem to be hitting all at once, but she plowed through and got us squared away. Looking forward to future visits, classes, range, etc..”

“Overall, the store itself is solid—staff is professional and the process is straightforward. That said, this review is mainly about the transfer fee, which I think is excessive. Most shops in the area charge roughly $25–$65 for a transfer and background check. This location charged me $87 for the same service, which is well above the typical range. Because of that, I would not recommend this store as an online firearm pickup location unless you’re comfortable paying a premium transfer fee. The business is fine otherwise, but the pricing on transfers is hard to justify.”

“Coolest bass pro shop you will ever enter. There's lots of ponds with different types of fish. There are boats floating in the water. There's even alligators. There's 3 restaurants: wahlburgers wild, the fish bowl, and the lookout. It has the worlds tallest glass elevator that takes you to the top of the pyramid. You have to pay less than $10 per person to ride it unless you're a guest at the hotel, then it's free. If you have reservations at the restaurant, you still have to pay to ride the elevator up. There are so many different sections inside of this bass pro shop that you could easily walk around for hours.”

“I'm an out of state resident who travels for work. Had to fly into a non 2A friendly state and required assistance from a FFL to help me out of this jam. Mr. McGee not only provided me with reasonable service, he was very responsive and professional with great communication. Cool little shop with quality items. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone. -Ryan”

“Agent was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a handgun. He also informed me of the tactical classes that they hold there on weekends. Thank you for relieving me of my anxiety in choosing a firearm.”
