Everything I buy doesn't work like the jump starter I bought almost a year ago and only used three times the 12ah battery was know good I think it was lead -acid battery anyway I got a 30ah lithium battery upgrade a few other things now I can start any vehicle 4 6 8 10 12 cylinders doesn't matter. It's just junk that needs be upgraded there trying to get premium prices but when you get down to it it's trash. But I still shop there sometimes I got generator there last ed maybe a summer during to thunderstorms I had buy a carburator it still works but they don't buy quality stuff. wrenches are ok sockets decent.

Don't pay attention to prices they never ring up the same. They keep filling the store with useless novelty vs stocking what people actually go in there for.

Good location that’s close to everything, but the availability of items is subpar compared to other HFs in town.
Always check your receipt before leaving the store. The cashiers here are notorious for not scanning coupons that should have automatically applied- i.e. 30% items under $10 or under $20 for inside track club members. Despite the official HF website will say that the coupon is automatically applied, and each cashier stations have the barcode that they can scan in under a second, you have to tell them that you want it applied.
I’ve been an ITC member for about a year, and more times than I’d like, they will not notice that and will miss promotions that I should’ve qualified for. So I have to make them void the items so they can apply the coupon
I sometimes will go out of my way to shop at other HF locations because of it. And their cashiers actually say thank you for being an ITC member since that’s the first thing that they look for when entering your phone number!
