I was dog sitting my daughter 6 months hound for 2 days. He was on special food.
I went to Hollywood with a picture of the Hill's food the vet had recommended.
My daughter forgot the food before she left town.
The nice young lady help me from start to finish and took the big bag of food to my car.
She was just very awesome!
I had a bad headache and neck pains, she just made my evening. Plus, I haven't plan to go out to get dog food at 7:10pm.

The staff member was super friendly and helpful. She helped me make the best choice for my dogs and grand puppies. She listened to my questions and showed me many options. The prices were comparable to other pet supply stores. It was a pleasant experience.

I got home with a huge bag of kibble for our two cats. We opened the bag and put some in their bowl and noticed that the kibble was bigger so we looked at the bag and saw that it was dog food, same brand and everything but dog food. I called and the clerk told me to bring it back and switch it out for what I really wanted. I didn’t feel like getting out again so they brought it to me! They credited me the difference in price and brought me the food that I wanted. I just think that’s amazing since we had opened the other bag! I’ve been going there for years and I’ll never stop.

Staff is always amazing and helpful. When my senior doggie started having trouble keeping her grip in the kitchen, staff helped me find a rubber gripy mat, elevated bowl, and an orthopedic dog bed. All great things to help her out. Love, Hollywood Feed. Also Can’t beat same day delivery when you run out of dog food.

We travel here once a month from Jackson, TN. Wish we had a Hollywood Feed here, but glad to make it one of our stops in Memphis when we visit

The cashier greeted us immediately and asked what we were looking for. She lead us straight to what we needed and got us signed up for the food rewards, which we very much appreciated. Also, the store smelled AMAZING for fall!!!
