We shopped at Pet People until
Bought out by Hollywood Feed. All was good at the Hollywood Feed location in Fort Myers FL where we purchased raw dog food by Primal. We moved and started to use Naples FL Hollywood Fees location and will never ever go back to Naples FL store. Bad bad customer service woman there.
The business we gave over 6 years to Hollywood feed will now be looking for a new place to buy Primal raw for dogs. I will get
The name of the horrible woman at Naples location and will be reporting her to corporate. But why bother she will probably still keep her job. And this store always out of the Primal we buy for 3 rescued pups.

Horrible!!! Arrived at 7 am for 9 am appt. Straight to a dock. Then, wait 4 hours until they start unloading. Another hour to get unloaded caused me to lose the next load. There Alot of people inside just walking around. Nobody is actually working. See other container trucks come unload and go. Go inside to check, and some white guy (toby) comes out to my truck and says he dont have to unload me and just wait. Usually, I dont have issues here, but today was they were very aggressive and had unprofessional behavior.

Good size facility. They have 10 dock that back into a dark building. a little challenging, but there was plenty of room to get the job done.

The worst place I’ve ever delivered, manager was so rude and nasty talking to a driver with no respect at all, didn’t even try to listen explanation, but other employees were fairly polite

Terminal manager treats and talks to you like you're beneath him,he intimidates you,he has his office (broom closet) assistant afraid to bring in his own lunch and use his refrigerator,he's arrogant and self serving,you can make money if your willing to sleep on dirty mattresses and cater to a certain lifestyle that makes you uncomfortable.
