4 stars because half the employees don't do anything or have a bad attitude while the other half are over worked. But Daricus and Yolanda were amazing help. Went out of there way to make sure I had help getting what I needed and Daricus left his break early just cause he saw me coming to get the second load.

I typically love home Depot their prices are fairly priced if you're comparing them to Lowe's
But it seems to be you get more out of the store depending on what area you're in. 😬
I understand they go based off of a customer buyer ratio
But it was so be nice to see most of the same plants at every store🌿🌷🌻

Worst customer service on the entire planet. I had stopped going to this one and tried one more time. The people in customer service all should have stayed home if they didn't want to help people. I will never be back to this one. Going to go to the one near wolfchase from now on. They are excellent.

It is the store that is closest to my house so that is one of the reasons why I go there, but they are improving more and more in their service, the quality of the paint is very good and they have a greater variety of brands in tools.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! my phone was stolen by a potential employee! And they WILL NOT check the cameras I have come back 2 times in a row to ask for the security footage but they keep telling me come back tomorrow. Im seriously considering involving the police!

Zero stars. I ordered carpet and it was a total nightmare. Please save yourself the grief and do not buy anything that has to be installed from this store. I paid to have the carpet removed. The installer showed up refused to remove the carpet. I removed it myself. In the meantime he left then he couldn’t come back and they wanted to charge me another fee to come back because they had to come back twice $100. . They generously refunded me $38 for removing the carpet myself that they were supposed to remove. Congratulations Home Depot. You just turned me into a Lowe’s customer.

Employees are lackadaisical and don't seem to know their fields.. ie one well dressed man didn't know the difference between a stove and an oven.

Recently went to this store to purchase flooring and ended up buying 12 boxes of vinyl flooring and the worker there assisted me and my mom by putting in a regular basket and I had to push it to register by myself. After purchasing, I asked for assistance loading it in my vehicle and was told they only had 1 loader and he was gone to lunch. I asked for a manager or a lead to help and didn't receive any assistance. So after purchasing over $600 worth of merchandise I had to also load it into the vehicle. Will not be shopping here again.
