Poorest interactions with the associates ….. the attitudes and demeanor is below 1 star , I watched the interactions with other customers as well ….. short , curt and very intrusive . #sad

Do not buy anything online at Home Depot as a pickup, their inventory is always incorrect. The website has to say at least 100 items available before you can trust it. They don't give any options to ship they just refund. Inventory is always incorrect ALWAYS.

This location has become unsafe to shop at. My car was broken into on Father's Day last year at 9 am in the morning. Today as I'm pulling into this location, two cars have broken into. I mention how my car got broken into and an employee, whose car was one of the ones broken into, says his car was also broken into the week previous.

Do not buy paint from
Home depot!!!!! I bought a 5
Gallon bucket of paint. Just
to see orange when it dried!!! They
said it was lighter after mixing 3 different times. Other employees
agreed ot was orange. I will never
ever buy from home depot again!!!
They wanted me to believe the words over what my eyes were seeing!!! Horrible experience all the way around!!!!

I purchased outdoor carpet for my balcony. They had to cut two pieces for my order but one of the rolls was 4 inches short of what I paid for & the cut was uneven. So i took it back to returns & after I explained i was told, “well we can’t do nothing about that, we don’t take carpet back after it has been cut…” so I asked for the manager, and she came up there with a so what attitude saying, it’s nothing I can do about it, you should have measured it”. I said Your employee cut the carpet, yall charged me for something that you didn’t even fulfill. “Aint nothing i can do about it” . So i asked for corporates number because obviously they don’t care but had the audacity to give me an attitude. I drove from Bartlett just for this particular carpet that only they had in stock, just to start putting it down and realize its the wrong size and you tell me you’re not going to take it back or refund me even tho it was an obvious employee & company error? That’s crazy . Even crazier if that is the actual policy because how are yall THEE LARGEST hardware company in the world and can’t make up for your company’s error? I purchased another roll so i wouldn’t have to drive back out there, and the next guy was about to cut it an extra foot long. I said sir im in an apartment on a 4th floor balcony. Man just asked me if i had a blade: im like so you can’t wind it back up a foot? He cut it extra and showed me where the box cutters were: this was supposed to be a simple job. I buy ALL of my hardware and plants and everything else from home depot, but i’ve never been treated like this. I’ve never had this problem at the Cordova location. Riverdale all trash. I just can’t: I’m guaranteed to call corporate in the morning.
