Ron, not only fixed my problem, but he accepted ownership of the problem with a friendly and professional disposition, and took the time to deliver the correct grill himself. I really appreciated this as I own a home in Memphis, but I don't live there. He was a total lifesaver, and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond! “I Love my Neighborhood Home Deepot, butttt I recently placed an order, received all products but my Double pack of Compressed air for my son he'd been wanting for his laptop, at the time of placing the order I wasn't told it wasn't in stock, proof picture Verified not in picture as well, so I've reached out, an were told that on their end, it was put in that it wasn't in stock, an the young lady stated she dont know y at the time of purchase i wasn't told( it was an onlinestocks, tho) but still have yet to receive it or have yet to receive a refund due to I made the purchase with a gift card, it's been going on 2 weeks now, i was also told if i wasn't able to come to that particular store with ID, they'd send me a check in the mail and I told them when I reached out I would still prefer to have the product for my son, so hopefully they send it, but have receive nothing as of yet, Still all smiles tho??✌️”

“This Lowes location has made a great turnaround in Customer Service but while shopping Friday, 4/19/24 in the garden center they have a black & white Feral cat roaming that almost made me fall when it jumped off an elevated plant display. Why would you force customers to come in contact with a Feral animal who is also pooping & peeing on merchandise that customers have to handle. This puts customers and employees at risk of being exposed to unnecessary bacteria, disease, fleas, etc. Store management needs to address this ASAP. I am a retired Public Health Professional and First Responder. This is a Dangerous Situation !!!”
