Do not go this location. Terrible attitude at checkout. If you see a name tag with Shirley on it. Be cautious. One of the saddest interactions I've ever had with a human.

This is a nice place to shop at. They have all kinds of things for your home. Lots of home decor, dishes, furniture and so much more. And the prices are reasonable. It does feel a little cluttered but that's because this is one store where the shelves are always full and not empty like a lot of others. The employees are usually friendly also. Would recommend shopping here.

I couldn’t not leave a review! I came in this morning, 12/26/23, and when I checked out I had India helping me. She was just so genuinely friendly and I just hope someone sees this and commends her :) thanks, India!!

Today is the first time I feel what racism is, I was mistreated today by the staff”the manger” because I’m a white Muslim women who wears a hijab. I will never forget this day, they thought I was stealing just because I was checking a gift bag inside the store to see if it will fit a plate that I was buying in the store because I’m taking it a gift for someone. The manger made sure I was at the checkout which normal but she didn’t let the cashier wrap my stuff or treat me nicely and she was giving me a racist look which made me feel disgusted the manager was African American and I will never forgive her it’s too bad that I didn’t know her name but if I can sue her I will

Great large selection. Cashier's are engaging and pleasant. The security guard is very helpful in assisting with large and heavy items. He has the best positive attitude and great customer service skills. An over all good shopping experience each time I visit, which unfortunately I find to be rare these days. (Bartlett store on Sumners Avenue )

This is a very junky, dusty and disorganized store. This store use to be kept clean and organized. They do not have near the nice things other homegoods stores have. I go to homegoods stores everywhere I travel, this one is the worst.

I can always find something at HomeGoods that I like, that's the problem. The employees are always nice and helpful.

Tried to go in at 9:47am (during normal daily business hours posted online) and was told I couldn’t be in there unless I was a “cardholder”. So we decided to leave and won’t be back.
