I worked for this place and if anyone gave them 5 stars they are family to these people. These people follow none of State Guidlines they treat your children like the dogs in the back of the building. They feed the children slop from the school next door that the state provides. They yell at the kids and staff. They have the worst attitude and only care about money. Parents have been there multiple times to fight staff for yelling and hitting on their children. Please do not allow your children to go to this place.

My family has been using this daycare for over 20 years. And when I say the BEST, I mean just that!! The staff and teachers are awesome! They make having to go to work and leave my son much easier. I love the variety of activities they have for him everyday and the care they give him. I would highly recommend them to any family with small children. It doesn’t stop there…. Horn Lake Preschool is awesome as well. Ms.Thess and Ms.Phoebe is excellent with the little ones. Again, if you’re looking for a great daycare or preschool, look no further! Horn Lake Daycare will take excellent care of your child/children.

This is not somewhere were you should let a child that cannot speak for themselves go. The staff is very rude the manager/owner is very nasty and unfriendly she is very rude to parents and I am pulling my daughter out of this childcare TODAY ONE GOOD REVIEW DOESNT CHANGE HOW THEY HAVE TREATED MANY PARENTS AND CHILDREN BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR KIDS THIS PLACE IT NOT FOR SMALL CHILDREN period

These people attitudes are just horrible to each other and to the children. It’s amazing how the system will take children from their homes only to allow women like this to look after community children. This program is ran by nothing but family members who are not emotionally stable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PARENTS TO ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO GO HERE. I understand some parents have no choice but if they attend this program I recommend your personally question rather they enjoy the teachers and directors.

Came in to visit yesterday looking for my 3 year old a welcoming and trusting place to go. Two of the staff members were really rude and unprofessional. You would think they would have cared about their first impression towards a new potential family . By that bad vibe and energy, it’s a big no for me.

They wouldn’t let my child come to daycare because they wanted advanced payments the owner of the daycare lied and said I cussed her out I was just trying to go to work they wouldn’t even let my baby come to daycare recorded the whole conversation she has a smart mouth and mean she was so mean today will my my daughter last day if I have to quit my Job then so be it
