This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in !! It's incredibly dirty, none of the amenities are open, I can hear every single person through the walls. The room is freezing, the tv had no remote and after I had one brought up, the tv was not programmed. House keeping doesn't clean unless you make a request. Disgusting. Very sketchy hotel. The only reason I left any stars is because it will not let you post without them.

The service and cleanliness were great, that's about it. The location is ok, not bad but not great. Beds were not nearly firm enough for me. The bathroom n shower r both very clean n look great but the shower is way too narrow, with a metal shelf on the wrong portion that makes it dangerous and the water pressure was only ok. There's no breakfast option at all.

Good customer service. The room/bed was better than expected.

Great staff except for the front desk person who seemed annoyed that guests wanted to check in.The hotel itself captures the spirit of the city with its decor. The pool seems like it'd be fun in the summer. The walls are pretty thin but that seems more common nowadays. I'm sure once the renovations are done it'll be an even better stay. Do really appreciate that it has a parking garage too.

Smelled musty, every single inch of the hotel, to include the stairway, was dirty with the exception of the lobby. We stayed in a pet friendly room which appears to be the 8th floor. We weren’t instructed on how to use the key (or to use it at all) for the 8th floor until I went down to ask how. (Gotta admit I could not for the life of me figure it out but it was also midnight. Anyhow, pet fee is more expensive than anywhere else I’ve stayed at.

The room had so much noice. AC fan can’t turn off and even you turn it “off”, still making so much noise. The room is not clean, you can still find some hair on the floor and the toilet.I’m sure this is the worst place I have stayed for the price range.

If you are on Military/Government travel DO NOT STAY HERE. They improperly charged my Government card, and have been giving me the run around for over a week trying to sort it out. Stay elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with a GTCC nightmare.

Leisure trip stayed in this hotel for while in town for thanksgiving.Concierge: Over all they were great, when we called and needed something they were very attentive.Location: The location of the hotel was very convenient we were a 12min walk from Beale St.Room: The room was very spacious and had everything we needed iron, ironing board, mini refrigerator etc.Bathroom: The bathroom was interesting, the door does not give you a lot of privacy. It is a sliding door and is the same size was the door opening and since it is on a rail their is a significant gape that you could clearly see the person in the restroom. Also, the door wouldn’t stay close whenever we would slide it to close. The shower was small, I’m 5’7” and felt a little claustrophobic in the shower. The sink was oddly tucked in deep and if you had to use the sink you have to lean in a bit.Cleanliness: For the most part the lobby was clean and hotel room was somewhat clean. We would see stains throughout the room on the wall and floor in the room.Parking: They offer parking in the hotel parking garage for $22 a night or if you’re lucky and see an open spot in front of the hotel you can park there as well which is significantly cheaper.

Was not at all impressed by this hotel. For the price I paid, I was expecting a room of quality and cleanliness yet got dirty floors, stained linen, and broken appliances. The room was nice upon entry but after my partner and I settled in for the night we started noticing things. There were quite a few stains on the top comforter, the toilet holder and shower basket were practically broken, and the bathroom floor was so filthy I could see the dirt foot prints. Thankfully, I brought my slippers and just laid bath towels on the floor. I couldn't find a plastic laundry bag in the room and was shocked that housekeeping had none to give us for our dirty clothes. They couldn't even give us just a basic trash bag. Don't get me wrong, the room was bearable for our two night stay, however, it's way over priced for what we got. At the very minimum this hotel should be no more than $65/night.For pros, the bed was comfy, we had no issues with the AC, and the location is very convenient.

Checked into this hotel for a business trip and the first thing I do is close the blinds in any hotel I'm in. The blinds were broken, so I called the front desk to request a different room. As I'm waiting, I saw hair all over the shower and stains all over all of the linens. The guy said he would call me back but never did, so I went downstairs to get a new room. Got up to my new room and rushing to take a shower and the handle of the shower broke off in my hand. I went to dinner and booked a new hotel and checked out immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's not clean. The guy at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly and didn't even ask why we were checking out 2 hours after checking in. He left his airpods in the entire time and barely said 2 words to us throughout the entire check in/check out/switching rooms process. My coworker also had a bunch of hair in her shower and stains ALL OVER her bed. Photos attached.

Staff were great when we arrived. We felt very welcomed! Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel seems great but when we arrived, the TV didn’t work and they had nobody on staff who could help and it would have to wait. I was able to fix it myself by disconnecting and reconnecting the cables. We also learned that our window blinds are broken and when I called they said it would be a difficult fix so we sit in the dark. $180 us/night!!!

The hotel room was good, the air worked great, and the staff seemed to want to help when ever asked. The biggest problem I had was the elevator. For a hotel this size, and only 1 working elevator for a 10 floor hotel. It is insane they did not get someone in there to work on and get it up and running for a holiday weekend. And the elevators are super small. We ended up walking down 9 flights of steps to go out because we waited for over 10 minutes for the elevator.

This was the first time ever staying at an Indigo, and we were very pleased. First off, the location was absolutely perfect. We were literally 4 streets from Beale. There was a late night mini Mart and liquor store a street away. The parking was free and had plenty of spaces. This hotel is pet friendly but located downtown, so to accommodate pets, they have a little grassy area on the 7th floor. Which I thought was very neat. The room was clean and spacious. The decor was lovely. The pool area was truly something. With numerous daybeds and lounges. There is a bar and restaurant here though we didn't partake. They also have run service. A wonderful stay. We highly recommend and will return soon.Safety: We had no worries about the location. At check-in, we were told that we could walk up and down at any hour. And we did come in late one night with no issues.Walkability: You can literally walk to anything you may want. There are shops, and parks nearby. And Beale St within a half of a mile.
