I reported this issue to Footlocker customer service a couple weeks ago. But since I never received a response (from someone higher up), I'm posting my experience to alert others. AJ who took his time assisting the customer in front of me, but when it was time for me to do my return, he began checking out the lady behind me, while trying to check me out at the same time. When I questioned him about it, he asked another associate to finish assisting her, while he completed my return. Next he proceeded to take a picture of the computer screen, that contained my personal information (name,address, phone#),etc. When I asked why did he need to take a picture of my information, with his personal phone, he said because he needed to type my info on the second computer in order to complete the return. Then I said, but the second computer is literally a step away. Why not just step over to look at the other screen or get the info from the receipt in which I gave him, and or ask me to pull up the info in my email? I asked for the manager and was told she was at lunch. So I allowed him to complete my return, and asked if would delete my info from his phone. He attempted to do so, but then said he was going to get the manager. Tiffany (manager) came out, and I explained what happened. She then told me that everyone do the returns differently. I explained, to Tiffany that the last young lady (a month prior) did not do what he did and that they need to find a better way, so that everyone is consistently respecting the customers privacy. However, the whole time I'm speaking she seams agitated/irritated (guessing because her lunch was interrupted), especially when I ask her to show me that my info has been deleted from his phone gallery, as well as the trash section (of the phone). MA'AM how do you beat the customer getting mad/irritated? I'm the one whose privacy rights are being violated. Footlocker (corporate/managers/employees), do BETTER or allow someone else who's more capable and experienced to take your places!

Took my son in for new school shoes and asked a young lady with blond braids for a specific shoe size. She was very rude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and that I was bothering her by asking HER for help. I observed her treating other customers this way and their reactions were the same as mine. A place of business can do better.

One of the few footlocker we've been onto that the staff is very friendly. Most other footlocker stores they act like they could care less if your in there.
