So I called H&R Block yesterday because I had lost my 1022. The agent had all the information I needed to go online and get a copy. I arrived and was in the door and seated in 5 minutes. (5 minutes because I was a first time customer and had questions to answer at the receptionist, Miss Denequa's desk) So the whole process was quick and painless. My agent, Merlean Jackson-Hill to such good care of me. All the questions I had were answered with no hesitation, she knows her stuff. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me where I felt very assured that all was good with my filing. Everyone here was very cordial and easy to talk to. Highly recommended, will return. Great job ladies, look forward to seeing you next year.
