After having another tax preparer fall through days before tax filings were due, Robert Buck was able to see us on a Sunday. He is a wealth of knowledge for small businesses/self-employment. He really helped us save money and is incredibly friendly and professional!

I have been working for several years with one tax professional from this office. She has since retired the second my last visit ended, leaving the office to file my return. They didn't. I'm very annoyed with the way they do not return phone calls or demonstrate any concern whatsoever. I won't return.

Biggest drawback was the cost; $145.00 for a simple W2, standard deduction is quite pricey.

It is 6:200m on a Friday. The website says they are open until 8pm. The sign on the door says they are open until 8pm. But here I am in front of the location and it's closed. It's tax season. Why would they close early?
