I called and said I would be there in ten minutes. I got there and they closed early at 2:57 p.m. I spoke to the counter guy as he was closing. The counter guy did not say they were closing early ( for the Labor Day weekend) when I called. no apology for wadting my time, just come back Tuesday. You lost my business Millbranch store.

Trucker review: People were nice and loading was fast. It is tight back in there. Hitting the dock will be difficult for a rookie, and figuring out how to leave can be even more difficult if there are any vehicles back there.

Sold me a battery that was already low brought it back they decided it’s best to charge it instead of giving me a new. Came back the next day its low still. Advised me to return again later. Just wasting time an gas really getting annoyed.

Sold me a used battery that I never used, took it back an hour later for them to tell me no refunds. I totally understood that but they proceeded to check the voltage on battery they sold me that I never used and it showed that the battery was low. So, they sold me an uncharged battery. Left it up there a week ago and now they are telling me they no longer have it. Waste of time and money.
