I had a fantastic experience! Laura was so helpful and attentive. The store and their selection were very impressive. Another location called ahead of my arrival to hold 1 item, but when I arrived, I the store was and the ladies there were so inviting and kind, and not in the least pushy, so of course I stayed and shopped awhile leaving with more than one item.

Very nice staff but really limited clothing selections. Most clothing all looks the same. Tunics everywhere.

I drove 20 minutes to get to the laurelwood location only to have one of the women working rush to lock the door right after I pulled up to the door. She saw me and two other women about to come in and she locked the door 5 minutes early. Trust me, I understand wanting to get off work but I only needed an exchange for a shirt I ordered online that I need for tomorrow (I was sent the wrong color). Rather than at least ASK what I need or am looking for, and the other two women, she just ran to the door and locked it on us. Wow! I wouldn’t give it even one star. I normally shop at the Germantown location where the ladies are much nicer and more helpful. Too bad I didn’t have the time to get out there ?
