“I fell in love with this beautiful cuff one weekend when my girlfriends and I stayed at the Peabody. My girlfriend wanted to surprise me, but she arrived after the shop had closed. The owner had one at his home and met her. The jewelry is beautiful, but the proprietor is the real jewel. He is knowledgeable about his product and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. In a day when customer service is dying, it is the cornerstone at Gir. Thank you for making my birthday special.”

“This store is exactly the reason that I only shop local or second-hand. The store owner goes above and beyond on every. single. purchase. I have purchased items, including everything from intimates to work blazers to gowns for a black-tie wedding. The quality is always top-tier and extremely fairly priced. Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece. “Mike & the entire staff was a blessing to work with. Initially I had my mind set on a bridal set from Jared’s. But it just didn’t have that wow factor, the Jareds salesperson tried to push us to get a ring they had in-store at a price that was astronomical. I spoke to my sister, who had a fabulous custom ring made here & she recommended Mike. I am so happy we took her advice. The selection of rings were much different and the prices were great. We aren't ones to be too flashy and we didn't want to spend a large amount on an engagement ring for my fiancée and wedding band for myself. However, with our limited budget they SURPASSED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT WE HAD. Her ring turned out to be so beautiful and they made it by themselves practically!!! I repurposed my late father's wedding band for myself and it almost brought me to tears with how well they did with it. I feel as though we didn't know exactly what we wanted and explained to the best of our ability to them what our visions were. They took it from there and knew exactly what to do without any issues. They worked in such a timely manner at such a reasonable price compared to other competitors. We don't regret any of the money we spent on services here. Just such a pleasant and perfect experience. We will be bringing all future needs to them when we can!”

He evaluated our diamonds prior to creating the 3D rendering. He listened carefully and delivered a model perfectly for our family diamonds and the vision we had for the piece. The finished product is absolutely stunning. We went from conception to reality in about a months time, and under budget. He has definitely earned dour business!”
