Started working on oil change without speaking to me or asking oil type preference or what services I wanted. Tried to charge 150 which is 3x local Take 5. Tried to stop them but they had drained oil already. Didn't like me being a problem so to get revenge on me, the left drain line open and took the cap. Within 2 days I had no oil in the engine and had to purchase replacement parts and take it to a mechanic. Honda Accord 2013 DO NOT GO TO THEM.

The wonderful ladies at Jiffy Lube were fast, nice, and understood what was needed. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube for anyone that needs a quick fix. Thank you!

This team was fantastic! I had been to 2 other jiffy lubes in Memphis that said they could not service me due to staffing or my vehicle was a fleet vehicle so they could not do any fleet today. This team on Poplar and White Station welcomed me with open arms! One of the employees mentioned he had just started and he gave great customer service. While a female checked me in and another man changed my oil and rotated my tires all in 15 min!!

This was my first time coming to this location and I am glad I did.
There was no wait since they had both bays running. I was able to get in, get service, pay, and leave all within 20 minutes.
