You facility had my vehicle for at least 3 weeks. Did not solve the original problem. I had to take my vehicle to another dealership to get it fixed. My service guy was very nice and professional the day I picked my vehicle up. There was no real communication unless I reached out on a weekly basis. Just not what I am accustomed to especially dealing with a Certified Professional. My vehicle was purchased from you guys I have had it serviced at the same location and I just don’t think the even did a diagnostic test in my vehicle. I just had my first bad experience with Chevrolet.

Steven Edwards was an absolute pleasure to work with. He got me into the truck I wanted and made it an enjoyable process. Everyone who I encountered, from Steven, to Matt, to Todd, were all professional and super friendly. I WILL be going back to Jim Keras Chevrolet for my next vehicle.

The Service Department has been exceptional. They have superceded all of my expectations. However, if I had to go through the Sales team again, I would have made a purchase. There were lies and deception throughout the process.

Steven Edwards did a great job helping me find the car I wanted. As well as being super patient with me as I contemplated my decision. He never rushed me at all. I truly appreciate all his help! He had great people skills and he made me (and my mom) feel cared for and valued!

Everything about this interaction was below acceptable. The time for the repair the missing advisor (with no updates) then to pay 2,700 only to get home and a plastic flap come apart under the truck AND the problem still exist. Now after a return to be to be told that it’s the transmission is absolutely unacceptable. Most of my interactions have been great but this one will be noted publicly. I have read their response however again it was related. It most certainly was the complaint of a vibration. When we picked it up it was still vibrating. Returned the truck now it is the transmission. Clearly it was the transmission in the first place. Plain and simple and lets not address the flap they did not screw back but I that was nothing as well.

Definitely read and listen to the reviews. Our vehicle has been there since Thursday last week and we've been told "it'll be done tomorrow" everyday since then. We've been stuck in Memphis this whole week having to get hotels every night thinking "it'll be done tomorrow" then tomorrow comes and it still isn't finished. We've spent close to the cost of repairs on hotels, transportation and food just waiting for the vehicle to get finished. My advice? Take your car, truck, whatever to literally anyone else that'll give you a straight answer on time frame. This has been the most pathetic repair experience I've ever gone through.UPDATE: we ended up having to get rides back to our home state. They can't fix it. After a week of runaround they can't fix it. We just got word it'll be a $10,000. Not the originally quoted $1,200. So yea that's cool. Thanks guys.

The overall experience was great in buying my first brand new vehicle with Jim Keras Chevrolet!! Justin Bonetti gives a thorough run down on what to expect with the process, was extremely knowledgeable, and didnt miss a beat with his pleasant demeanor. He truly helped in getting my overall payment exactly where I needed it! The finance team was also very pleasant and left me with an ease of mind. Thanks again Jim Keras Chevrolet!

Parts Department. Yesterday, 6/19/2023 at about 4:30pm, was my first time there and likely the last. The lady at the parts counter was extraordinarily rude. I didn't get her name but she was an older white lady with blondish hair. When I walked in, there was no one behind the parts counter. No problem, I wasn't in a hurry. Off to my left was a white lady in front of the service counter talking with an employee. After a minute or two I walked over to ask if anyone was working the Parts Counter. (I thought maybe it was closed.) The white lady said "Yeah, it's me".As she walked behind the Parts counter she asked what I needed. As I started to tell her, she interrupted and asked if I had called it in. No. I hadn't. I told her the part I need and started to tell her what vehicle it is for. Again she interrupted me to ask what year model although I had just told her. I was able to say "2015 Silverado 3500..." when she interrupted a third time to ask if I'd had the vehicle there before. I answered "No" and again tried to tell her what I needed. This time she interrupted to ask what size it was. I took a deep breath and started again, "2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD..." For the fifth freaking time in less than like a minute she interrupted to ask if I had the VIN number. Meanwhile I noticed she was writing it down as a 1500. "No! I don't have the VIN number in front of me but I..." She dropped her hands to the countertop and looked at me as if in disbelief. Well, you've never had it here before? It continued from there but I'll stop. After interrupting me at least 7 times, including 3 times to ask if I'd had the vehicle there previously, I finally had enough. I stared at her for a minute to see if she wanted me to answer any of her questions or if she was just waiting for me to talk so she could interrupt again...Then slowly and deliberately I stated the full year, model, trim, etc. even having to talk over her since she was interrupting again. The whole interaction was bizarre.I don't know what her problem is, but if you want to keep people away from your parts department, you have the perfect employee.

Justin was awesome. He answered every question and made sure we were happy with the way things were going and worked out. He reached out to me to let me know there were other options available when I wasn't happy with the first vehicle I saw on the lot when I first come into the dealership. The 2nd time was what I needed to make the purchase, the car was perfect and just the right color with all the extra features I wanted.

Loved the experience I had with this dealership. Mr. Steven Edwards was the biggest help in securing my car. It was ready for a test drive as soon as my mom and I arrived on the lot. He got us a great deal and I was driving off the lot in no time. Will definitely recommend everyone to come here if your looking for a vehicle.
