I was greeted at the door courteously and only had a few minutes wait to join by Gianni Lucia. My experience buying new Nissan Murano was very smooth and moved very quickly once I decided on a vehicle. Gianni was very informative and patient with my questions and information on my new car. Overall it was a comfortable purchase.

I'm adding this 1 star because it needs to be known about my experience. I went there today for an oil and filter change. They upsold me to doing a diagnostic because my check engine light was showing.I agreed to it, and left my car with them. I received a call listing that I needed over $2,000 in repairs. I declined (thankfully now). They told me my car was ready. I went to pick it up from them.Several hours later (after paying them $280 for my oil change and diagnostic), I was called and asked to bring my car back bc THEY FORGOT TO CHANGE MY OIL/FILTER.I blocked out time just for this today

In response to a key fob recall (and the accompanying free oil change offer and multi-point inspection), we brought our vehicle to Jim Keras. We were warmly greeted by a friendly person who took things from there. We spent a couple of hours in a clean, spacious waiting area with comfortable seating, where we had access to vending machine snacks, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. When our car was ready, a couple of things were suggested (new air filter, tire rotation), but there was absolutely no pressure. Overall, a most pleasant experience.

I was pleased with my service by Thomas and the Jim Keras Nissan team. I was kept updated, the waiting area was clean and nice with coffee available. Thomas was nice enough to come inside and refill the containers when I realized they were empty. There was no charge for them to screw something back in that had fallen loose, which I was grateful for. I was there for my 120,000 mile service which is pricey in general. So, that fix for no charge was very appreciated. I’m always greeted cheerfully and assisted quickly and given accurate wait times. This time took a bit longer than estimated, but I was updated multiple times by Thomas during my wait. Great service, guys! Thank you!

The Service Department at Jim Keras Nissan is excellent! Always professional, knowledgeable, and kind…they go out of their way to help me every time I have my car in for service. Shawn (Tarius) made my car buying experience incredibly easy! He never once attempted to sell me anything I did not want. He listened, answered all of my questions, and even double checked with me to make SURE I got what I needed and wanted. I have had to buy a car several times in my life and it's not easy. Shawn made it painless and this is BY FAR my best experience yet!

I got there earlier than my appointment time and they were able to see me immediately. I was able to get work done on my laptop in the work space cause of the free wifi and everyone was so friendly. The work was done quickly and very thorough. Thanks!

My salesman was Reggie. Dude is a 10! He allowed me to shop (as requested) around the lot by myself, and determine my own candidates for purchase. No pressure, or trying to aim me in a direction I didn't want to go. Once I established my choices, we started talking business. He was so professional, and so respectful to my mother and I. It really felt like he had my best interest in mind. I cannot thank him enough for the whole experience and any need I may have in the future, I will be looking for Reggie.The whole place was cheery, or polite. It was a fun experience!

Gianni was the best. He gave me his absolute best and communicated everything I needed to know. Everyone I met was wonderful. I normally go home to St. Louis to get my vehicles, but I decided to give Jim Keras a try. Plus seeing them on tv didn't hurt :). The Assistant director where I work bought a vehicle from your dealership and she and her husband absolutely loves Gianni as well.

My experience with Jim Keras Nissan was exceptional. Everything went smooth and in a timely manner. Shawn the salesman was very informative and helpful from start to finish. Even after purchase of vehicle, the next day he reached out to make sure everything was still going great. I had a great experience and would come back.

The first people I met coming in was great. Very good customer service. The ones who fix on my car good and fast. But whomever wash my car never clean it well never. It's the worst car wash ever. And the man who check me in wrote down to please wash twice. But again it was half washed. That's what will make me stop coming. I pay a lot of money there and the one courtesy I ask for is horrible.

Purchased tires, took to long, and after I told individual that I didn’t want a battery, he said my car service was completed and my vehicle would be delivered shortly. After waiting about 45 minutes I went in search for my vehicle, they brought it up in about 10 minutes. It’s as though willingly make an individual wait when you refuse something you don’t need.

I was assisting my aunt with purchasing a vehicle. I was shopping around and called Jim Keras Nissan. I spoke with Erik Calderon who listened to what I was looking for and readily showed us a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for in our budget. He was very professional and patient as we asked lots of questions. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with his customer service. Stephen Scott in the finance department continued the great customer care. He was personable, professional, and patient. My aunt and I were extremely satisfied with our service thanks to Erik Calderon and Stephen Scott.
